How many leads can I receive per week?
Starter users can receive up to 50 leads/week and Pro users up to 100 leads/week, combined across active datasets.
Can I activate or deactivate datasets?
Yes. You can activate or deactivate US Startups and Global Startups from the dashboard at any time.
How are leads delivered?
Leads are available in your dashboard, and weekly lead emails include a CSV attachment when weekly email delivery runs.
Why am I seeing no fresh leads?
This usually means there are no new undelivered leads available for your active datasets yet. Try again after the next ingestion cycle.
How does verification work?
After registration, verify your email through the email link. Once verified, you can log in and continue setup.
